Table For Two Refund Policy
At Table For Two, we strive to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all diners. Our refund policy is designed to maintain transparency while respecting the commitments made by diners, restaurants, and our platform. Please review the following terms before making a reservation.

Eligibility for Refunds

Unable to Find a Match: If we are unable to find a suitable match within 48 hours of your booking request, your prepayment will be refunded in full.

Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours beforethe scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of your prepayment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, your prepayment is non-refundable as the restaurant has already allocated a table for you.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your reservation without prior cancellation, your prepayment is forfeited and will be credited to your dining partner who attended the reservation.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and the restaurant cancels your table, your prepayment will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Time
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
