Table For Two does not claim ownership of any content you submit, post, or share on the platform. However, by providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, display, and create derivative works of such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

7. Reservations and Payment Policies

​

When  booking a reservation through Table For Two, you'll pay a reservation fee that covers both securing your spot and the personalized matching service we provide to pair you with the ideal dining companion. Please note that this reservation fee cannot be redeemed at the restaurant itself. However, once you've confirmed your reservation through our platform, you'll qualify for an exclusive discount at your chosen partnered restaurant. The exact discount amount can vary depending on the restaurant. Payments are processed securely online to protect your financial information.

8. Legal Disclaimers

  • Table For Two is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of its users. However, any reported misconduct may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.

  • While we strive to verify the accuracy of information provided by users and restaurants, Table For Two cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

  • While we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure experience for our diners, Table For Two is not liable for any loss, damages, or injuries that may arise in connection with reservations made through our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table For Two shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.

  • Errors, interruptions, or security breaches.

  • Actions or omissions of other users or restaurant partners.

10. Indemnification

By using Table For Two, you agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Your misuse of the platform.

  • Any disputes between you and other users or restaurant partners.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that the user has:

  • Violated these Terms and Conditions.

  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Misused the platform in any way.

Termination of an account does not waive any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
