Is my reservation fee refundable?

Yes, your reservation fee is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. Refund requests made within 48 hours of the reservation will not be eligible, as matching and coordination processes will have already commenced.

Simply provide your name or email upon arrival at the restaurant. Your discount will be automatically applied to your bill.

How many times can I book the same restaurant in a month?

You can visit the same restaurant up to three times per month, encouraging you to explore new dining experiences.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled dining experience. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation time won't be eligible for refunds or modifications due to the matching and coordination process.
